           1. Introduction : This is made by Aisha Akta Medina, 
          it contains the purpose of the event, the target audience, 
           how I publicising the event, the structure and content of 
           the event,  and the venue
          2. Purpose of Event : It was agreed that the purpose of the event was to introduce English as International
          Language and Improve the student’s English skills
    -The event should be friendly, fun, and informal for student

    3. Who do we want to attend? 
    The event will be open for all the student that want to improve their English Skills

    4. Publicising The Event
    In advance of the event will be focused we on ensuring we attract the target audiences for the event. this will be done 
    by :
    1. Emails invites, letters, and telephone contact
    2. Generating interest through article in local newsletters such as Kompas, Pikiran Rakyat
    we will contact the local media to secure coverage of the event. Publicity after event will be based on feedback from those attending and the use if photographs and video to capture the experience of the event

    5. Structure of The Event
    Time : The event will run from 10am to 3 pm and comprise of two main event :
    1. Introduction session of 1 hour featuring native speakers and short table discussion (10am- 12pm)
    2. Lunch time (12pm-1pm)
    3. English Games (1pm - 3pm)

    6. Venue
    We have booked the Balai Sartika Convention Hall, located in Buahbatu, which provides us with :
    1.  A 1500 cm room
    2. Air conditioner
    2. 350 chair
    3. Soundsystem
    The cost hiring would be around $1000

    7. Tickets
    The ticket cost $10

Siberian Husky

The  Siberian Husky  is a medium-sized working dog breed. The breed belongs to the Spitz genetic family. It is recognizable by its thickly furred double coat, erect triangular ears, and distinctive markings, and is smaller than a very similar-looking dog, the Alaskan Malamute. They originated in Northeast Asia where they are bred by the Chukchi People for sled -pulling, guarding, and companionship. Description Generally, Siberian Husky are big, has a compact, light, and furry frames. They have medium-sized heads, sometimes having unique black & white or red & white patterns. Their medium-length muzzles end in black noses (or brown for-coated dogs). They have triangular ears that open forward and almond-shaped eyes that create an involved and cunning expression.
